I learned many things from this cause; One that really moved and touched me, was how Californias governor, Arnold Shawrzenegger proposed to eliminate food stamps, and other forms of aid for immigrants who have spent fewer than twenty-five years in the country. This really hits Immigrant Women the most by such discriminatory policies. They are the ones that end up being single parents living in a country that doesn't allow them, trying to get their children to achieve in life. I don't agree with this, and I would like to make a change.
