The Starfish Story:)

     The Starfish story, once you read it, it makes you think a little differently about the way of life, and how you can help out our little planet. When I read this story I imagined that my R.I.P. Grandpa would have sat me on his knee and told me this story. It's not just a story to tell, it's a story with a reason to tell. To me this story has a message and a lesson to learn in life

     To me the moral of this story would be that even the slightest change you make to help out, it makes a big difference in  someone's life and in our planet. No, I am not saying that everyone should go green and help out every single day, all that I am saying is that once in a while somebody out there and our planet can use a little help.

     In my part the way that I help is by going green. My dad and I like to go and plant trees. We do it in our backyard because it's very big, we've done it in our neighbors yard and in some parks. We are also pretty big on recycling. We recycle our glass, paper, and plastic, and we donate our old clothes and stuff to goodwill or other local organizations that are in need of help. It's not much, but it means a lot to me that were helping our planet and the people in need.

     That's just one of the many ways that you can help out. Like the young man said in the story "I made a difference to that one!" You don't have to necessarily go and save someone's life out there, just do something small because even the slightest thing you do to help, it makes a big difference to someone, or our planet. You only have one life, you should cherish every moment of it, and make it the best you can.
